These website terms and conditions together with the company privacy policy outline the basis on which you visit and use this website as well as place orders.

All rights including copyrights in this website are all either owned or licensed to us, Any use of this website including its contents, which includes making a copy of them or storing them in any way other than for your own personal use is forbidden without first receiving written permission from us to be able to do so. You may not redistribute, modify, or otherwise re-post anything from this website for any purpose.

 

  1. Account security

All users must first create an account with us before using this website. This is for added security. All customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account information as well as any and all activity that takes place on their account. We will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which arises from a breach to someone’s account due to their failure to protect their own password information.

 

  1. Stock availability

All items and stock on this website for sale is subject to availability. In the event that the goods that you have ordered are not available then we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

  1. Buying e-gift cards & Delivery

This website deals exclusively in e-gift cards. When you buy an e-gift card from us then you consent to its immediate supply. All deliveries are expected to be immediate but in some instances, they may take up to 72 hours in which case someone will contact you with an update about your delivery.

You must ensure that you provide us with all the correct information for your delivery including your email address.

 

  1. Proof of ID

All users must be over the age of 18 to use this website and to place orders with us. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity from any customer as well as suspend their account until they have provided proof that they are over 18 years of age.

 

    7. Cancellation policy

Customers may only request a cancellation of their order within 24 hours after it has been processed. After this time has passed we will not be able to process any cancellations.

 

  1. Acknowledgement of orders

Once you have placed an order with us, we will send you an order confirmation and this will be quickly followed by the products being delivered in a separate email. Please note you will also see DGCLE, UAE as the billing descriptor. At this point, the contract of sale between the customer and this website has been made based upon these terms and conditions.

 

  1. Liability

We will not be held liable for any damages caused by our services or any of our products. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions

 

  1. Refunds

We do not accept refunds on this website other than in instances where a payment has been made and a technical fault has resulted in the e-gift card not being sent out in time. We will also consider refunds if you have clearly been sent a different e-gift card than the one that you ordered.

Most of the e-gift cards that we sell come with an expiry date. The gift cards cannot be used after that date and the value of the card will be lost when it expires. We will not be able to replace any expired gift cards so if you are intending to return anything for the above reasons then please check that the card is still within its expiry date before doing so.
