Next issue plastic and electronic gift cards which can both be spent online or in-store. Cards last 24 months from last use or balance check. We occaisionally have e-codes which are for online use only. The online balance checker is in the checkout. The telephone balance checker is an 03 number (national rate) and is an automated service which requests the 16 digit card number and 4 digit PIN. You don’t need the PIN if checking the balance in-store. Once you’ve checked the balance, the card will last another 2 years. Note that Next also issue refundcards.
